NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Rotating Nights (7pm-7am)
Must have current Arkansas License or eligible for Arkansas License
Must have current BLS-HCP
ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred.
Must be proficient and willing to work all clincial areas to include ER and ICU
Must be proficient with arterial blood gas analysis
Large amount of walking and the ability to list 50 lbs unassited required
Positin reports to the Respiraotry Care Supervisor

Just posted March 04, 2008: 2, Full-time RCP (72 to 84 hours per pay period) positions have suddenly opened at SMRMC! Along with an earlier vacated PRN position. One FT slot is nights (6p.m.-6:30 a.m.). The other is an in-house registry position--benefitted--or opt for higher wages w/o benefits--that will require flexibility toward working both shifts and on different days of the week, including weekends. A "swing shift" (2:30 p.m. -11 p.m.) Monday thru Friday is being contemplated! Pay is consistent with job difficulty, expected training, education, expertise and experience. Community is an excellent combination of small town and big town offerings with amazing outdoor recreational activities nearby physically about an hour to either Little Rock or Ft. Smith.
