The Arkansas Society of Respiratory Care was established in 1962. Today there are over 500 members who have discovered the benefit of the professional society. By becoming a member of the Arkansas Society of Respiratory Care you are automaticly a member of the National Society for Respiratory Care. Our Vision Increase Public Awareness of the Respiratory Care Profession and membership growth throughout the state of Arkansas, serving the citizens through envolvement and education. Our Mission To provide effective leadership that promotes the Respiratory Care Profession and skilled practitioners as leaders in the field of pulmonary medicine through patient, community and healthcare provider education.
